This Privacy Policy explains how WIMS Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use wimsstudio.com, our coupon/license tools, and our Woodman applications for iOS and macOS.

Who we are

WIMS Studio is a software studio operated by Woodman. Contact: support@wimsstudio.com.

What we collect

• Website. This site is a static product showcase. We do not require an account. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) may be created by our hosting provider for security and operations.
• Coupon / license form. If you redeem a coupon, we collect the email address and coupon code you submit so we can generate and email a license key. That information is stored for licensing administration.
• Apps. Our applications may collect technical information about your device, system, and app configuration to provide updates and support. Where possible this is used in a form that does not personally identify you. Product-specific privacy notes may also appear in each app’s App Store listing and in the PDFs under /docs/.

App Store and other third parties

Purchases, subscriptions, and App Store account data are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. This policy does not cover Apple’s practices — see Apple’s privacy information for those details.

Cookies

The current showcase site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.

How we use information

We use information only to:

• operate and secure the website and license tools,
• deliver license keys and related support,
• improve our software and services,
• meet legal obligations when required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us host email or the website, or when required by law.

Retention

License and coupon records are kept as long as needed for support and anti-abuse. Server logs are retained according to our host’s normal practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Email support@wimsstudio.com to make a request.
